Job Description – Business Development Executive Intern

SpectraSpot Events Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive Intern to support lead generation, sponsorship sales, client acquisition, and event partnerships. The selected candidate will work closely with startups, corporates, sponsors, and industry leaders while contributing to the growth of premium conferences, business summits, exhibitions, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify potential business leads.
- Connect with startups, corporates, sponsors, and prospective partners.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients.
- Support sponsorship sales and delegate registrations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and identify current business opportunities.
- Manage CRM updates, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for event execution.
- Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Robust interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in client interaction and networking.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a learning mindset.
- Interest in sales, business development, and event management.

Students or recent graduates pursuing/completing:

- BBA
- BMS
