We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team asCustomer Relationship Executives. This role is ideal for freshers, retired professionals, andhomemakers who are interested in building a career in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable products
- Promote NBFC products such investments
- Conduct telecalling to generate leads and follow up with clients
- Willingness to Customer premises also needed
- Explain products clearly over phone calls and convince potential customers
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Follow up with potential and existing clients
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation




- Meet assigned targets and contribute to team goals

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Freshers, retired individuals, and housewives are encouraged to apply

Skills Required :

- Communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales and negotiation skills (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹9,644.01 - ₹31,498.37 per month
