- Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities on the site
- Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials and equipment
- Completing records for site reports and ensuring proper maintenance of an accurate record of construction labour attendance
- Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures
- Average number of problems faced on site and resolved on time
- Attending site management meetings
- Resolving problems and implementing improvements
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
- Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol




- Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level
- Organizing and overseeing external inspections, such as with a health and safety inspector
- Providing emergency first aid if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
