Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant with 10+ years of accounting and finance experience. The role involves overseeing the finance function, leading a team, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Preffered candidates location: Calicut

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the accounts and finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and consultants
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital




- Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
- Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to management
- Mentor and develop junior accounting staff

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in accounts and finance management
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, statutory compliance, and taxation
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle high-level decision-making and multiple deadlines
- Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to management
- Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Compensation & Benefits:
