Job Title: Marketplace Senior Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Marketplace Senior Executive to manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings, managing marketplace operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent marketplace performance. This role requires solid analytical skills, commercial awareness, and hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listing & Content Management
Create, upload, and optimize product listings across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.).
Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and specifications.
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve product visibility and ranking.
Monitor listing quality and resolve suppressed or inactive listings.
2. Marketplace Management
Manage day-to-day operations of marketplace accounts.
Coordinate inventory updates and ensure stock availability.
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
Handle returns, claims, disputes, and customer escalations.
3. Sales Growth & Performance Optimization
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and traffic metrics.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace deals.
Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to stay competitive.
Optimize PPC/paid advertising campaigns to improve ROI.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular performance reports (sales, revenue, margins, advertising spend, etc.).
Track KPIs and provide insights for business growth.
Identify opportunities for expansion into new marketplaces or product categories.
5. Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with different teams such as cataloging, tech, operations, and supply chain teams.
Coordinate with designers for A+ content, banners, and creatives.
Liaise with marketplace account managers when required.
