Job Summary

We are looking for a Spare Parts Incharge to manage the inventory, storage, and issue of spare parts for our automobile dealership/workshop. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of maintaining accurate stock records. Freshers are welcome to apply and will receive on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the receipt, storage, and issue of automobile spare parts.
- Maintain stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and parts issue records.
- Coordinate with the Service and Sales teams for spare parts requirements.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of parts.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spare parts store.




- Handle customer inquiries regarding spare parts availability and pricing.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is preferred.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
