Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, a typical day involves developing valuable business insights through the application of predictive statistical modeling. The role requires utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to analyze client data, market trends, and key performance indicators. This process supports and enhances decision-making across different business areas by transforming complex data into actionable intelligence. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving data sets and the ability to interpret results to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align team objectives with organizational goals, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster qualified growth and skill development.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, R Programming.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, R Programming.
- Strong knowledge of data manipulation and transformation techniques using Python libraries.
- Experience in building and deploying predictive models to solve complex business problems.
- Familiarity with data integration and pipeline development to support analytics workflows.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize code for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
