Job Summary

Lead enterprise data delivery across a Financial Services portfolio spanning Banking, Property & Casualty Insurance, and Life & Annuities. Drive business value through scalable data, analytics, and AI-driven insights using modern data platforms such as Snowflake and DBT. Act as a strategic partner to C-level executives, enabling data-driven decision-making to improve product performance, revenue growth, and profitability (top and bottom line impact).

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise data, analytics, and insight programs across multiple financial services domains.
- Partner directly with C-suite executives and senior business leaders to define data strategies and drive business outcomes.
- Lead implementation of up-to-date data platforms using Snowflake, DBT, cloud data ecosystems, and semantic layers.
- Enable AI-first and analytics-driven transformation, embedding AI/ML use cases into business decisioning, forecasting, and customer insights.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve product performance, customer experience, risk management, and financial outcomes.
- Establish scalable data architecture, governance, and data quality frameworks across domains.
- Lead cross-functional global teams including data engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Drive delivery excellence, roadmap execution,



and value realization from data investments.

Skill Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or technology delivery leadership, preferably in Financial Services.
- Strong domain exposure across Banking, P&C; Insurance, and Life & Annuities.
- Deep hands-on or leadership experience with Snowflake, DBT, cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI/ML-driven insights.
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated success in managing C-level stakeholders and influencing business strategy.
- Experience driving measurable business outcomes through data (revenue growth, cost optimization, risk reduction).
