We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Relationship Manager to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in the insurance or financial services industry and possess excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire current customers through direct sales and referrals.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
* Achieve assigned monthly and annual business targets.
* Generate leads through networking, references, and field activities.
* Ensure timely policy issuance and provide after-sales service.
* Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies.
Eligibility:
* Graduate in any discipline
* 3–10 years of experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
* Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Required Skills:

* Basic knowledge of MS Office.
