Job Title: Jr. Accounts Executive

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Min 1.5 years’ Experience in accounts

· Maintain financial data on Tally ERP 9 / Focus.

· Should be a self-starter and update the management with various financial information.

· Maintain confidentiality of the company documents and information at all times

Job Description:

· Handling of internal /external stakeholders

· Provide various financial reports with suggestions to management.

· Follow up regarding payments with various customers

· Prepare profit and loss statement and balance sheet.

· Should know inventory-based accounts

· Compliances like TDS, GST calculation and maintenance.

· Maintain calendar and help set up reminders for payment of various government dues occurring monthly and yearly.





· Should be able to independently maintain all accounting records and complete the work on time (Cash Flow Statement, BRS, Timely Statutory Compliances- GST ,TDS, INCOME TAX Return Filing Work and RERA Compliances Form- 3 uploading work, Salary Payment Processing , Accounting Entries in respect of Purchase, Expenses, Petty Site Expenses after bill passing , Ledger Scrutiny, Vendors Payments coordinate with Bankers, making Investments, Finalization of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account , handling Auditors Queries.)
