Job Description – Quality Controller

Maduras Herbals Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Controller to join our team. This role focuses on quality assurance and quality control activities related to herbal products, carrier oils, essential oils, gels, and other cosmetic/personal care raw materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality control procedures for herbal and cosmetic products.
- Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials including carrier oils, essential oils, herbal extracts, gels, and packaging materials.
- Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with established specifications.
- Verify the physical appearance, aroma, texture, consistency, and quality parameters of raw materials and finished products.
- Identify, document, and report quality deviations, defects, or non-conformities for corrective action.
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and batch documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, Herbal Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2 To 3 years of experience in quality control of herbal, cosmetic, personal care, essential oil, carrier oil, or related products.
- Only candidates with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of raw material inspection, product quality evaluation, and documentation practices.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn.

- Salary: ₹1.92 Lakh CTC per annum
