TOURMAX Destination Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Tele Caller Executive to join our Cochin Office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Handle inbound travel inquiries and provide information on domestic and international tour packages.
- Follow up with existing leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth booking processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Guide and support junior tele callers in achieving team objectives.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales,
customer support, or travel sales.
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Any degree is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience may apply regardless of educational qualification.
