Pharmacy Operations Management

- Supervise day-to-day pharmacy operations.
- Ensure smooth dispensing of medicines to patients.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for medicines and medical items.
- Monitor expiry dates and remove expired/damaged stock.
- Ensure availability of essential medicines at all times.

Inventory & Stock Control

- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for medicines and consumables.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and audits.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items.

Regulatory & Legal Compliance

- Ensure compliance with drug control regulations and pharmacy laws.
- Maintain valid pharmacy licenses and related documents.
- Ensure narcotic drugs are stored and recorded as per regulations.
- Maintain purchase bills, prescription records, and statutory registers.
- Coordinate during inspections by drug inspectors or authorities.

Prescription & Dispensing Supervision

- Verify prescriptions before dispensing.
- Ensure correct medicine, dosage, quantity, and labeling.
- Prevent dispensing errors and medication misuse.
- Guide pharmacy staff regarding prescription handling procedures.

5. Staff Supervision & Training

- Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and store staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance.
- Train staff on pharmacy procedures and patient safety.




- Ensure discipline and professional behavior among staff.

Billing & Documentation

- Coordinate pharmacy billing activities.
- Ensure accurate billing and insurance documentation.
- Maintain computerized pharmacy records and reports.
- Prepare daily/monthly sales and stock reports.

Quality & Patient Safety

- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the pharmacy area.
- Monitor adverse drug reactions or medication complaints.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical practices.
- Implement quality improvement measures in pharmacy services.

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, purchase department, and management.
- Inform doctors about medicine availability or shortages.
- Handle patient queries regarding medicines and usage.

Emergency & Hospital Support

- Ensure emergency medicines are readily available.
- Support hospital emergency and disaster management requirements.
- Maintain crash cart/emergency drug stock if applicable.

Reporting Responsibilities

- Submit periodic inventory and consumption reports to management.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain audit-ready pharmacy records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
