Job Description – Junior Accountant

Position: Junior Accountant
Department: Accounts & Logistic.
Reporting To: Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities Accounting.

- Prepare and generate sales invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify customer purchase orders before billing.
- Ensure correct GST, HSN codes, pricing, and discounts are applied.
- Maintain daily billing records and invoice registers.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer invoice-related queries.

Product Sticker Mapping

- Ensure product labels and stickers are correctly mapped as per SKU, batch, and customer requirements.
- Verify barcode, MRP, manufacturing details, and product specifications before dispatch.




- Coordinate with Production and Dispatch teams for correct sticker allocation.
- Maintain records of product-wise sticker mapping and revisions.

Porter Booking & Logistics Coordination

- Book transport through the Porter platform for local and outstation deliveries.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch, Warehouse, and Sales teams for timely vehicle arrangements.
- Verify pickup and delivery details before confirming bookings.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
