Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end invoicing and billing through StavPay.
- Generate and process invoices accurately.
- Monitor payment status and reconcile transactions.
- Handle payment gateway-related issues and customer queries.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams for payment follow-ups.
- Track overdue invoices and initiate reminders.
- Prepare billing and payment reports.
- Ensure compliance with billing and financial processes.
- Support onboarding of clients onto the StavPay platform.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in billing, finance operations, accounts receivable, or customer success with exposure to StavPay or similar payment and invoicing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with StavPay.
- Knowledge of invoicing, billing, and payment reconciliation.
- Familiarity with payment gateways and online payment processes.
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
