i'Deli Cafe is seeking a Cost Controller who tracks expenses, manages project or operational budgets, and prevents overspending. Core duties include analyzing cost variances, forecasting financial outcomes, and preparing reports for management.

- Budget Tracking: Set up cost baselines, allocate budgets, and monitor daily or monthly expenditures.
- Variance Analysis: Compare actual spending against expected budgets to find financial gaps.
- Reporting: Write explicit financial statements and deliver cost performance reports to project managers and directors.
- Process Optimization: Recommend cost-saving ideas, negotiate prices with suppliers, and audit inventory levels.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis,



or project controls.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or specialized cost softwares.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities to share data with non-financial teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
