- Assist the Foreman in supervising daily production activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and work instructions.
- Coordinate with production workers for smooth workflow.
- Learn machine operations, production planning, and shop floor management.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and housekeeping (5S).
- Report production issues and assist in resolving them.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the factory.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Factory Manager.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
