- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements
- Prepare job cards with accurate details of customer complaints
- Explain service procedures, estimated costs, and turnaround time
- Obtain customer approval before carrying out repairs or additional work
- Coordinate with workshop technicians and service managers
- Monitor service progress and keep customers informed
- Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery
- Explain final bills and service work completed to customers
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution
- Conduct follow-up calls to collect customer feedback
