About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business and promote the company’s waste-management and recycling services.

The candidate will be responsible for field visits, lead generation, client meetings, regular follow-ups and converting prospective businesses and institutions into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls and referrals.
- Generate leads from companies, offices, schools, colleges, residential societies and institutions.
- Explain the company’s services and understand customer requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and prepare quotations or proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and client-acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate lead, meeting and sales records.
- Coordinate with the operations team for service execution.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.




- Participate in promotional events and awareness activities when required.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales or business development.
- Comfortable with cold calling, field visits and face-to-face client meetings.
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of independently managing the sales process.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, reporting or CRM tools.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Experience selling services to businesses or institutions will be preferred.
- Experience in recycling, waste management or environmental services is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
