Job Title: Head of Mathematics – IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced)

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Experience: 6–10 Years (IIT-JEE Coaching Preferred)

Salary (CTC): ₹10–12 LPA

We are looking for a Head of Mathematics to lead the Mathematics department for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) batches (Class 11 & 12). This role requires strong academic leadership, deep subject expertise, and the ability to drive student performance through structured teaching and curriculum excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality Mathematics lectures for IIT-JEE (Class 11 & 12)
- Lead and manage the Mathematics department and academic planning
- Design, structure, and implement curriculum aligned with JEE exam patterns
- Oversee preparation of assignments, DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), and test papers
- Develop and review study materials, question banks, and test series
- Conduct advanced doubt-solving sessions and revision classes
- Monitor and analyze student performance; implement improvement strategies
- Mentor, train, and evaluate junior faculty and academic staff
- Ensure consistency and quality in teaching delivery across batches
- Guide students on exam strategy,



time management, and problem-solving techniques
- Collaborate with management on academic planning, batch structuring, and execution
- Maintain discipline, engagement, and high academic standards in classrooms
- Contribute to building a result-oriented academic culture

Requirements:

- 6–10 years of experience in IIT-JEE Mathematics coaching
- Strong command over entire Class 11 & 12 Mathematics syllabus (JEE level)
- Proven experience in handling batches independently and delivering results
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and classroom management abilities
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and drive student engagement
- Result-oriented, structured, and disciplined teaching approach

Preferred:

- IIT/JEE background (appeared/qualified)
- Experience as Head/Senior Faculty in reputed coaching institutes
- Exposure to structured academic systems and large batch handling
- Robust track record of student results in IIT-JEE

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
