We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude while coordinating with internal teams to provide timely support.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, offers, and services.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Order Management

- Receive and process customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch, and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Track orders and provide customers with delivery updates.
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns as per company policy.

Complaint Handling

- Register and track customer complaints.




- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow up with customers until the issue is resolved.
- Maintain records of complaints and resolutions.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls to collect customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Prepare daily customer support reports.
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and order status.
- Assist the sales team with customer documentation and quotations.
- Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
