Job Title: HR Recruiter – PSU Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for PSU and industrial projects. The candidate should have experience sourcing technical and non-technical manpower, coordinating with project teams, conducting interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring timely mobilization of candidates. End-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, candidate screening, interview management, compliance, and onboarding are core responsibilities for professional recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for PSU and EPC project requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Coordinate document verification, joining formalities,



and onboarding.
- Mobilize manpower within project timelines.
- Build and maintain a database of electricians, fitters, welders, drivers, supervisors, engineers, operators, and other skilled manpower.
- Coordinate with site HR and project managers regarding manpower requirements.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and client requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

Required Skills

- Solid sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience hiring technical and blue-collar manpower.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment portals (Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any graduate.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,347.09 - ₹12,000.00 per month
