About the Role

Centrelocus is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Interns to support our sales team in promoting our PF, HRMS, and AI Interviewer solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and learning the fundamentals of B2B software sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Send emails and follow up with prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach.
- Explain the features and benefits of our PF, HRMS, and AI Interviewer solutions.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements





- Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and sending professional emails.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-oriented.
