Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager for our New Product Development (NPD) division in the Civil & Construction industry. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project execution, product development, construction methodologies, and system-driven project management practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Current Product Development initiatives for civil and construction projects.
- Plan, manage, and oversee project execution from concept to completion.
- Develop and implement innovative construction products, methodologies, and processes.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams for seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with construction specifications, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and review project reports, technical documents, and progress updates.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for new products and construction technologies.
- Lead and mentor project and site engineering teams.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management and construction practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 20 to 25 years of experience in the Civil & Construction industry.
- Hands-on experience as a Senior Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Solid knowledge of project execution and construction management.
- System knowledge is mandatory, including:
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Project management tools and software
- Construction planning and reporting systems
- Ability to manage large-scale construction projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- New Product Development (NPD) and innovation in construction practices.
- Project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Quality control and construction methodologies.
- Cost control and project monitoring.
- Technical documentation and stakeholder management.
