Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or related field.

Skill set:

- Knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR, NVR, IP Cameras, Analog Cameras.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Router, Switch).
- Experience in cable termination (UTP, Fiber awareness preferred).
- Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and layouts.
- Valuable troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email).

Profile:

Installation & Commissioning

- Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras (IP and Analog).
- Install DVRs, NVRs, switches, monitors, and related accessories.
- Perform cable laying, termination, labeling, and testing.
- Configure remote viewing and mobile monitoring applications.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

- Attend preventive and breakdown maintenance calls.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in cameras, DVR/NVR systems, power supplies, and network connectivity.




- Replace defective components and ensure system restoration within defined timelines.
- Conduct routine health checks of surveillance systems.

Networking Support

- Configure IP addresses and basic network settings.
- Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues related to CCTV systems.
- Assist in switch configuration and remote access setup.

Documentation

- Prepare service reports, installation checklists, and maintenance records.
- Maintain inventory records of spare parts and tools.
- Update ticket status and customer feedback after service completion.
