Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to Australian customers
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Promote and sell insurance products/services
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Follow sales scripts, compliance, and quality standards
Build and maintain solid customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Stay updated on products and market trends
Requirements
5+ years of experience in international outbound sales
Mandatory experience with the Australian market
Insurance sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong objection handling and closing ability
Proven track record of meeting targets
Comfortable with early morning shift (6 AM – 2 PM)
Experience with CRM tools
Self-driven and team-oriented mindset
