Job Summary

Pexa Car Care is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR / Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The primary responsibility of this role is to source, screen, and coordinate candidates through various job portals and recruitment channels while supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through leading job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, and other relevant recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Publish and manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates on their application status.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates.




- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records, and candidate databases.
- Assist in onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
- Support employee documentation, HR records, and other administrative HR activities as required.
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, or similar platforms.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

- MBA (HR), BBA, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers with strong recruitment knowledge or candidates with 1–3 years of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates residing in or willing to work in Attingal, Thiruvananthapuram will be preferred.
