Key responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing candidates.
- Counsel candidates regarding career opportunities and training programs.
- Generate leads through referrals, social media, networking, and educational institutions.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placement activities.
- Collaborate with corporate clients and hiring partners.
- Achieve assigned enrollment and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records and MIS documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, Relationship Management, Education Counseling, BFSI, BPO/BPM, or related fields.
