- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- Handle PPAP, customer complaints, and 8D reports
- Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits
- Monitor product quality, test reports, and batch release
- Perform root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
- Maintain QMS documentation and change management (4M)
- Coordinate with production, R&D;, and suppliers for quality improvement
- Track KPIs, rejection trends, and prepare MIS reports
