Voyage Institute of Technology is a leading Industrial Automation, Marine Automation, MEP, and Technical Skill Development institute committed to empowering students with industry-relevant skills. We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and create engaging visual content that strengthens our brand and drives student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and social media creatives for marketing campaigns.
- Create promotional materials for admissions, workshops, seminars, placement drives, and institute events.
- Design digital content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Google Ads.
- Edit basic promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media (preferred).
- Develop branding materials including certificates, presentation templates, standees, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the institute's branding guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and implement innovative ideas.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer (Education/Training industry experience is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other design software.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut for video editing is preferred.
- Solid creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of social media content and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Preferred Skills

- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-based design tools and content creation.
- Experience in creating digital advertisements and campaign creatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
