Wepix Digital Media LLP is a performance marketing agency managing ₹5L/month in paid ad spend across Meta and Google for a growing client portfolio. We're hiring someone to take full ownership of our performance marketing operations — leading a team of Performance Marketers while personally overseeing client brands.

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach, and review our team of Performance Marketers
- Own overall account health across our full client ad spend portfolio
- Serve as the escalation point for key client relationships and strategy reviews
- Build and enforce SOPs for campaign setup, tracking, testing, and reporting

What You'll Achieve

- 30 days: Full audit of accounts and team processes complete
- 60 days: Standardized reporting and a weekly team review
- 90 days: Measurable portfolio-wide ROAS improvement

What We're Looking For





- 3+ years in performance marketing with proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads at scale
- Proven experience leading a team of Performance Marketers — reviewing their work, not just doing your own
- Ability to independently handle 4+ brands/client accounts at once
- Strong grasp of ROAS, CPA, LTV, and how ad metrics translate to business results
- A track record of leading client relationships directly, not just reporting numbers
- Positive English communication — spoken and written, for client and leadership reporting

What We Offer

- ₹35,000–₹50,000/month based on experience
- Remote work if based in Chennai, Coimbatore, or Bangalore — or on-site in Tirupur
- A direct path to a leadership seat as the agency scales
