Job Summary :

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of plant machinery by carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance. The role involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, repairing equipment, coordinating machine servicing, and minimizing production downtime.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in production equipment.
- Diagnose machine failures and restore equipment to operational condition.
- Handle electrical wiring, cable replacement, panel troubleshooting, and electrical connections.
- Dismantle machinery for repair and reassemble after servicing.
- Install, align, and commission repaired or recent machinery.
- Maintain motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, extruders, mixers, and other production equipment.
- Assist during plant shutdowns, overhauls, and equipment upgrades.





Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical maintenance.
- • Ability to troubleshoot industrial machinery and electrical systems.
- • Knowledge of motors, control panels, sensors, contactors, relays, and electrical circuits.
- Experience in dismantling, repairing, and reinstalling industrial machines.
- Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Experience in polymer compounding, plastic processing, extrusion, or manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with strong maintenance fundamentals from other manufacturing industries may also apply.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
