Location: KK Nagar, Chennai

Experience: 1–5 years preferred

Education: Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering

- BIKE mandatory
- Oversee day-to-day site execution activities with precision and accountability
- Coordinate and manage site labor teams, ensuring productivity and discipline
- Liaise with the procurement team to obtain accurate Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Orders (WO) with complete data
- Maintain site documentation, including daily progress reports and material tracking
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at every stage
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment and support project timelines

Requirements

- Strong technical knowledge in civil execution and site coordination
- Ability to interpret drawings and execute works as per specifications
- Must own a bike for site travel (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic site layout tools
- Good communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
