General Manager – Sales & Service (Commercial Vehicles)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the complete operations of our Commercial Vehicle dealerships in Ahilyanagar and Satara. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, service profitability, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and overall business performance across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all dealership operations including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Finance, and Administration.
- Drive achievement of vehicle sales, workshop revenue, and profitability targets.
- Supervise dealership leadership teams including Sales Managers, Workshop Managers, and Department Heads.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across both dealerships.
- Build relationships with fleet owners, transporters, corporate customers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Tata Motors dealership standards and operating procedures.
- Review financial performance, budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Recruit, train,



and develop high-performing teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and operational audits.
- Resolve major customer issues and maintain solid customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred.
- 10–20 years of experience in automobile or commercial vehicle dealership operations.
- Proven experience managing Sales and Service functions.
- Strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills.
- Experience with Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Eicher, BharatBenz, or similar commercial vehicle brands preferred.

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
