Job role/ category - Airline ticketing and expert in international packages like Europe, Maldives, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Finland,KMY, HAJ and UMRAH etc

Work type - Work from office

Job location – Sea Woods, Navi Mumbai

Joining: Immediate or within 15-30 days

Monthly Salary | Pay Type - ₹ 15,000/- to 35,000/- per month (Fixed + Allowance)

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Education –HSC/Any Graduate Plus Diploma in Travel and Tourism will be Added Advantage

Minimum Experience – 2+ Years is must

Languages – English, Marathi and Hindi or Gujrati

Age - 20 - 35 yrs.

Only candidates from Sales Background and Tourism Industry shall apply.

Skills: Candidate from Navi Mumbai will be preferred..

Email Drafting, Basic Computer operation, Excel and Outlook, Tele sales/Telemarketing, Tele calling - Customer Service, Basics of Sales

Roles and Responsibility:





Advising clients about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs

Plan trips, domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares

Handle chat on WhatsApp and digital platforms to answer passenger query and make sales

Handle email support and convert queries assigned to sales.

Actively seek out current sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
