- Install and service aluminum/uPVC doors and windows, including sliding, casement, tilt-and-turn systems, and façade systems.
- Conduct installation supervision, site measurements, fittings, alignments, sealing, and hardware adjustments.
- Provide service support and maintenance for outdoor furniture products, ensuring structural integrity and finish quality.
- Handle customer complaints, service calls, and provide technical solutions at the site.
- Inspect installed products to ensure quality standards and rectify any defects or issues.
- Coordinate with fabrication, production, and project teams for material availability and technical clarifications.
- Maintain service reports, update service logs, and follow up with client’s post-resolution.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and educate clients on basic upkeep.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and spare parts are maintained and available as per project needs.
