Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. - Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain smooth progress.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing front-end performance.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and client-side scripting.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce components with backend services and APIs.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
