We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Gurugram.

What you'll do

→ Own end-to-end recruitment across clinical, sales, technology, operations, and corporate functions.
→ Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
→ Screen candidates to assess role fit, skills, and cultural alignment.
→ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
→ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
→ Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.




→ Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring records.

What we're looking for

✔ 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitmentin Healthcare industry.
✔ Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
✔ Experience hiring across multiple functions is preferred.
✔ Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
✔ Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
✔ Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Life Sciences, or related fields is preferred.
