Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Production Engineer to oversee and optimize our production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain high-quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for seamless production flow.
- Maintain production data and prepare performance reports.
- Implement and sustain 6S, Kaizen, and other productivity improvement practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality norms.




- Identify and resolve production-related issues effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a sheet metal or fabrication industry.
- Knowledge of Press Brake, Laser Cutting, Welding, and Assembly operations.
- Valuable understanding of lean manufacturing, 6S, and process improvement tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
