Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Research target audience, competitors, and market trends before launching campaigns.
- Create high-converting ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.




- Set up and manage tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers, content, and sales teams to improve campaign outcomes.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and guide creative direction.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Proven history of generating qualified leads and improving campaign ROI.
- Self-driven, data-oriented, and results-focused.
