Job Title: Dispatch Executive (Pharmaceutical Industry)

Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand
Department: Logistics / Supply Chain
Reports To: Dispatch Manager / Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing the timely and accurate dispatch of pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per sales orders and delivery schedules
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and handling of pharmaceutical products as per GDP (Valuable Distribution Practices)
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as:
- Invoice
- Delivery Challan
- E-way Bill
- Transport documents
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely delivery
- Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/Tally systems
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO (First Expiry First Out) during dispatch
- Verify batch numbers, expiry dates, and product quantities before dispatch
- Handle return shipments and damaged goods documentation
- Ensure compliance with pharma regulatory standards and company SOPs
- Coordinate with QA,



Warehouse, and Sales teams for smooth operations

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc / B.Pharm preferred)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and dispatch processes

Experience:

- 1–4 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (preferably in pharma industry)

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of ERP / Tally systems
- Understanding of GDP & warehouse practices
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work under deadlines

Additional Requirements:

- Knowledge of temperature-controlled logistics (if applicable)
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit requirements
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
