Reponsibilities

- Lead and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 SCM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, cutover and go-live support.
- Conduct client workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable D365 SCM solutions.
- Configure and implement Supply Chain Management modules based on business needs.
- Collaborate with onsite teams, technical consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare functional design documents, business process flows, and functional specifications for customizations.
- Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live activities.
- Participate in solution demonstrations, effort estimations and presales engagements.
- Provide functional guidance to project teams and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 4–5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant.




- Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) – Supply Chain Management. Functional expertise in one or more of the following: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), Production / Manufacturing, Master Planning, Logistics
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping, gap-fit analysis and solution design.
- Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps and business process modeling.
- Ability to create functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Exposure to Power Platform or Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
- Experience in presales, effort estimation and solution presentations.
