We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to manage corporate cash operations, ensure liquidity, support banking activities, and maintain compliance with treasury policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in treasury operations, cash management, and financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash balances and banking transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash accuracy.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
- Manage bank accounts, banking relationships, and payment operations.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Support corporate credit card programs and cash disbursements.
- Improve treasury processes through automation and system enhancements.
Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury/Cash Management.
- Strong knowledge of cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and liquidity management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, GTreasury, or similar) and ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CTP or AAP certification will be an added advantage.
