We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer with experience in electrical panel design and circuit drafting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate electrical schematics, GA (General Arrangement) drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs using AutoCAD (2D/3D) and/or AutoCAD Electrical. The role requires close collaboration with the engineering and production teams to ensure high-quality and cost-effective designs for control panels, MCCs, PLC panels, and distribution boards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare electrical schematic diagrams, wiring layouts, panel GA drawings, and termination diagrams using AutoCAD.
- Develop control panel layouts for LV switchgear, PLC/VFD panels, and power distribution boards.
- Interpret project specifications, single-line diagrams, and functional logic diagrams to develop circuit designs.
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs) and panel part lists for procurement and assembly.
- Review and modify drawings based on feedback from engineers or client changes.
- Collaborate with the electrical design team, project managers, and production staff to ensure designs are accurate and manufacturable.




- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., IEC, IS, NEC) and safety codes.
- Maintain project documentation and design archives for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of electrical components such as MCBs, relays, contactors, PLCs, terminals, etc.
- Understanding of control systems, schematics, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs;, and loop diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Desirable):

- Familiarity with PLC wiring, VFD configurations, or building automation.
- Exposure to panel manufacturing processes and on-site installations.

Work Setting:

- Office-based design work with occasional visits to the production shopfloor.
- Collaborative team structure with engineering and production teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
