Job Summary

The Tender & Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders, handling techno-commercial documentation, preparing RA and final bills, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation as per contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit tender documents, bid proposals, and pre-qualification documents.
- Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Procurement, and Project teams for tender inputs.
- Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and reconciliation statements.
- Verify measurements and maintain billing records.
- Follow up with clients for bill certification and payment processing.
- Prepare variation claims, extra item statements, and supporting documents.




- Maintain billing MIS and contract documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams for measurement sheets and work progress records.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and client billing requirements.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.

Experience

- 2–6 years of experience in Tendering, Billing, Quantity Verification, or Contract Management in EPC, PEB, Steel Structure, or Construction industry.

Best in the Industry (Based on qualifications and experience).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
