About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support its logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent data entry skills, a basic understanding of import-export operations, and prior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry. Candidates with basic customer service experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter and maintain shipment, customer, and operational data in internal systems.
- Prepare and update logistics and import-export related documentation.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely data processing.
- Verify shipment details and maintain records with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in handling basic customer queries and provide updates on shipment status when required.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and data entry tasks.




- Maintain organized records and support day-to-day logistics operations.

Required Skills

- Minimum 6 to 12 Months of experience in Data Entry, Logistics Operations.
- Basic understanding of Import & Export and logistics operations.
- Valuable typing speed with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in the Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
