We are looking for an Accounts Officer with strong hands-on experience in accounting operations using Tally. The candidate will be responsible for daily accounting entries, reconciliation, and preparation of MIS reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily accounting entries in ERP
- Posting of purchase, sales, expense and bank transactions
- Cost centre accounting and allocation of expenses
- Bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation
- Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
- Monitoring receivables and payables ageing
- Preparation of cash flow reports
- Support management with MIS reports
- Coordination with factory for accounting documents
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting data
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of ERP
- Experience in preparing P&L; and Balance Sheet
- Understanding of cost centre / profit centre accounting
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Good analytical and reporting skills
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com/MBA
Preferred Background
Experience in manufacturing, export or trading companies will be an advantage.
Candidates with purely theoretical experience or only CA-firm background without hands-on accounting responsibilities need not apply.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
