Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant cum Computer Operator to manage the school's accounting, administrative, and computer-related tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally Prime.
- Record receipts, payments, journal entries, bank transactions, and expenses.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and financial statements.
- Maintain student fee records and generate fee receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash books.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (where applicable).
- Prepare reports using MS Excel, MS Word, and Tally Prime.
- Draft official letters, notices, emails, and other documents in professional English.
- Maintain office records, files, and digital data accurately.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.




- Support the school administration in daily office operations.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial and administrative records.

Qualifications

- B.Com or an equivalent degree in Commerce.
- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Mandatory proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Good English typing speed.
- Knowledge of school accounting will be an added advantage.

Salary

Salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
