We are looking for a creative, performance-driven, and analytical Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and execute Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Design compelling captions, reels, carousels, and social media creatives in collaboration with the design team.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
- Build and maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate monthly performance reports using analytics tools.

Meta Ads Responsibilities

The candidate must have hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for:

- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Brand Awareness Campaigns
- Website Traffic Campaigns
- Engagement Campaigns
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Conversion Campaigns

The candidate should be able to:

- Create and manage Meta Business Manager accounts.
- Set up Pixel and Conversion API (preferred).
- Build custom audiences and lookalike audiences.
- Perform audience research and targeting.




- Conduct A/B testing for creatives and ad copy.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, and ROAS.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Generate leads for IT services, web development, mobile apps, AI solutions, and digital marketing services.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing.
- Understanding of hashtags, social media algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Basic SEO knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Meta Blueprint Certification (if available).
- Google Digital Marketing Certification (if available).
