Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and Tally ERP.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain sales, purchase, and expense records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly payroll and salary statements.
- Record accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain cash records.
- Prepare data required for statutory audits and income tax filings.
- File GST returns within prescribed timelines.
- File quarterly TDS returns and maintain related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants,



and government authorities as required.
- Keep management informed of relevant updates to GST, TDS, and income tax regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA Inter or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Experience in GST and TDS compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with accuracy.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with payroll processing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
